Well, if you are an admin of a Facebook Facebook, you can easily messages all the other Facebook users who are fans of that page. Here’s how:
Step 1: Open the Facebook page that you manage.
Step 2: Click the “Edit Page” link on the left sidebar and then choose “Send an Update to Fans” – this link will be available under the “Promote your Page” section.
That’s it. You can even attach video clips or links to other web pages in your message.
Update: Facebook seems to have removed the messaging features in Facebook Pages but you can create custom tabs to communicate or share with friends.
Facebook by default will message all the contacts but if you want to send the message to people who are from a particular geographic region or within an age group, choose the “Target this update” checkbox.
Admins of Facebook Pages cannot send messages to individual fans unless you are friends with them.
